The question is, can we repair split ends using hair product?

The answer is no. Once they are split, they are split.  The best thing to do is go to the salon for regular trims. Depending on your goals and the integrity of your hair will depend on how much you visit the salon.

You can always try to correct and repair them some by using products like Davines Liquid Spell, a reinforcing Bodifying fluid using amino acids to repair any gaps to the cuticle, also Repair Blow Dry by Bumble & bumble, or Brazilian Blowout split end corrector treatment, which can be done by your salon professional. But the only true way to get rid of split ends is to cut them off!
