Please take a moment to review the following policies to ensure a smooth, respectful, and protected experience for both you and Bold City Hair.
Service Refunds
All services, hair purchases, deposits, and treatment packages are nonrefundable. Due to the custom nature of hair extension and clinical hair restoration services, all sales are final.
Deposits and Card on File
A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve all new appointments and extended service appointments. A valid card on file is required for all bookings. Deposits will be applied toward your final service total.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. This allows the opportunity to offer the reserved time to another client in need.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
No Call No Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment without any communication will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service total. This is due to the extended time reserved exclusively for you and the inability to refill the appointment. No future appointments may be scheduled until this balance is resolved.
Repeat Cancellations or No Shows
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in restricted or permanent suspension from future bookings at Bold City Hair.
Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, and applicable fees may apply.
Corrections
Your satisfaction is important. If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact Rachel within 14 days of your appointment so the issue can be properly assessed and addressed. Corrections are offered at Rachel’s discretion and do not include refunds.
Communication
Clear and direct communication is appreciated. Please call or text directly for appointment changes or questions rather than replying to automated reminders.
Respect for Time
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. These policies exist to protect the integrity of the schedule and ensure all clients receive the dedicated time, care, and clinical attention they deserve.
