Cancellation/Late/ No Show Policy

When an appointment is scheduled, I will provide all of the information for the appointment, including the reschedule/cancellation policy.

Upon booking an appointment a $50 deposit for consultations or a $100 deposit for service appointments is required. This will be allocated towards your scheduled visit. If something comes up and you need to reschedule or cancel, 48-hour notice is required. Please ensure that you contact me directly, as the automated text line cannot receive cancellations. If a 48-hour notice is not given the service deposit will not be refunded.

If multiple appointments are booked, the $50 or $100 non-refundable service deposit will be due at least one week prior to each appointment, if not at the time of booking.

Timeliness is important to my clients and my brand so to avoid an impact to other clients, if you are more than 20 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule to the next available appointment. For each minute you are late up to that point will be an additional $1 per minute added to your bill.

There are no refunds on booking deposits, services, hair deposits, or pre-paid consultation costs.
